Almost summer ... Sunday brunch

Well I suppose summer is here. After a long photo shoot, starting at 7am Saturday morning for client Panthera Hospitality Group, Saturday afternoon was spent swimming in a mate’s pool in Newport before dinner of peppered beef pie from a Matt Moran recipe. Up early for another swim Sunday, this time in the surf before heading to an early lunch at Bert’s. I’ll never look at Sunday morning toast the same way ever again: fragrant salmon fennel pollen and sea urchin with chicken butter. Looking forward to more from Jordan Toft and Sam Kane in the coming warmer months. Drinks suggestions thanks to Andres Aragon.
